Amb el seu sostre de volta de 10 metres, parets de pedra i una decoració extravagant, el bar BeerCat és un espai ideal per degustar les nostres cerveses de barril, hamburgueses gourmet, xarcuteria local, formatges i postres casolans. Destaca la nostra barra de caoba que vam adquirir l'antic pub Plume & Feathers a Bristol i que ha tingut un nova vida aquí a Vilafranca del Penedès.

LA NOSTRA FILOSOFIA

Tot el que podem ho fem al local - des de la cervesa fins a les hamburgueses i les postres. Si hem de comprar-lo, intentem garantir que el productor és local i de la qualitat més alta. Intentem utilitzar els productes de temporada sempre que podem: les nostres salses estan fetes preservant la fruita de temporada i amb els beneficis de la seva maduració. No utilitzem carn de granges industrials, només de productors amb un nivell alt de benestar animal. Si ets vegetarià o vegà, consulta la nostra carta vegana creada especialment per a nosaltres pel conegut xef vegà, Prabhu Sukh, autor de "Vegan Gourmet". Els vins que servim són vegans i per descomptat, les cerveses també!

Per què no organitzar el vostre esdeveniment al bar restaurant BeerCat? El bar és un fantàstic lloc situat al cor de Vilafranca del Penedès, en un antic edifici industrial utilitzat originalment per emmagatzemar el vi de la casa i que conserva tot l'encant de l'edifici original. Disposem d'una habitació privada al pis superior. Podem atendre fins a 50 persones per a esdeveniments corporatius, familiars o culturals.
